Adrian Stojkovich is a Melbourne based contemporary artist and a very dear friend of mine. I was fortunate to join him and Juno (the cat) in his studio to find out more about his practice.

I was sent to shoot a quick job down in Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula. The client called up late, which gave me the opportunity to explore the old army base at Point Nepean nearby. I stumbled upon ruins of an old jetty used to unload cattle a century ago. Nearby waves crashed over a small tree as it fought for its spot in this world. A skeletal forest stretched like a frayed rope into the sky.
